3 FREE online resources to stay organized and maximize your efficiency. Impress your clients and stay in front of your competition.

Are you running a small business? Do you find yourself “all-over-the-place” with appointments, and tasks? When you have an idea, or need to remember something, how will you save this information? What if you could communicate with your clients without either of you leaving your office?clock

I run a training and online consulting company, all online. So, it is very important for me to stay organized. Organization is the key to assisting my clients quickly and efficiently.  Below are three FREE resources I use to help run my business in the most efficient way possible.

1.  YouCanBook.Me

YouCanBook.me syncs seamlessly with Google Calendar.  It allows your visitors to easily pick a date and time to meet with you without logging in or any of the hassles you might have experienced with other scheduling software. I highly recommend checking out YouCanBook.me and to watch their introduction video.  This program has saved me so many headaches.

2. Evernote.com

Evernote has allowed me to clip websites, send emails, take notes, and add task lists easily and quickly to a virtual notebook. If you are not sure what Evernote can do for you, go to their site here: evernote.com to read more and try it out.   While your there, check out Evernote Web Clipper – “from interests to research, save anything you see online—including text, links and images—into your Evernote account with a single click.”

3. Join.me

– You can easily share your screen, see your client’s screen, and conduct webinars, while all the time recording your entire meeting to use later on.  If you send it to your client it can be an invaluable tool for them to be able to reference in the future.  Just go here: https://www.join.me/howitworks to learn more.

I am very confident you will find that at least one of these resources will help you stay organized and help your business stay in front of your competition.
